vCard Editor is a free utility for managing contact files you are allowed to access and transform. This plain-language summary is not legal advice.
Your responsibility
Only process files you have permission to use. Keep your own backups, review every generated output, and confirm that the destination platform is appropriate before importing or sharing contacts.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful scraping, spam, harassment, unauthorised contact processing, identity lookup, phone or email activity claims, or any workflow that violates another service's rules. The platform does not provide bulk messaging, enrichment, or live address-book synchronisation.
Compatibility and availability
The service is provided as-is while the product is being developed. Compatibility can vary by source application, vCard version, browser, device memory, and destination platform. A successful local parse is not a guarantee that another application will preserve every field.
Changes and limitations
Tools, supported formats, documentation, and security controls may change. No tool should overwrite the original file or hide a loss report, but you remain responsible for keeping a safe source copy and checking the result.
